Chrishel Edward

Chrishel Edward is a qualified level 4 Sports Massage Therapist specialising in:

  • Muscle tension
  • Deep/soft tissue massage
  • Enhancing range of motion
  • Sports injury

She currently works under the supervision of our in-house physiotherapist.

Chrishel is a level 6 student currently studying Sports and Exercise Therapy at Anglia Ruskin University and she helps with both sports students/athletes and the general public.
