Esther Hiller (she/her) MBACP, is an experienced and qualified therapist working with people aged 13 onwards. She specialises in providing counselling around issues related to sexuality, gender and relationship diversity. As well as specialising in GSRD issues, Esther also has experience with working with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression and low self-esteem. Esther is trauma informed and has experience of working with childhood trauma including abuse.
Esther is a humanistic counsellor; meaning she works with a person centred approach to help clients explore their feelings and thoughts, working towards increased self-awareness and personal growth. She works integratively with each individual client as everyone is unique. Working integratively means she is knowledgeable in a variety of different theories and is able to draw on them as and when it suits the needs of her clients.
Her focus is to support people through navigating life’s challenges and helping them to find resources within themselves to overcome them.
