Josie Webster

Josie is a child and adolescent psychotherapist specialising in supporting neurodivergent young people, and those who have experienced trauma.

Josie’s approach draws from creative psychotherapy, neurodiversity-affirming frameworks and trauma-informed interventions. She has an MA in Dramatherapy and is trained to deliver the Children’s Accelerated Trauma Technique (CATT) to treat PTSD. She is a full member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and practices strictly within their standards of conduct, performance and ethics.

Josie has worked with young people experiencing all manner of psychological stressors, such as anxiety, behavioural problems, grief, complex trauma, and school avoidance, to name a few. She understands that every child’s story is different, and draws on an individualised blend of approaches to help them tell it. Josie is particularly interested in utilising play, storytelling and art in her work.

Prices £60- £70 for a 50-minute session. Sliding scale options for low-income available.
